Street entertainers, better known as “buskers” are important components of the landscapes of many communities. Street performers serve as sort of a reverse canary in the coal mine when it comes to measuring a community’s vibrancy. Buskers add to the character of a place and enhance the experience for the people who frequent that area.

The designated area for busker shall be located as follows:
a. Town park – Saturdays only – Farmers Market – 8am – noon
b. Waterfront – 125 Water Street, east of village buildings
c. Waterfront – 125 Water Street, centre courtyard
