Executive Chef Adam Koppany of the Gananoque Inn & Spa will be putting a new spin on an old classic Monday, May 2, 2011 on Toronto’s popular show, Breakfast Television.
Four Ontario Chef’s will showcase their unique and gourmet inspired S’more.
With only 4 Chef’s being showcased as part of Resort Week, the Gananoque Inn & Spa will be representing the 1000 Islands region along with other properties from Minett and London, Ontario. “This is the second annual Resort Week Promotion and is geared at kicking off summer and also to promote “Resorting in Ontario” and to drive business to our area”, replies Lori Higgs Marketing Associate at the Gananoque Inn & Spa.

“Chef Koppany will show his premade gourmet S’more and will recreate it live on air on Monday May 2nd, 2011 starting at 6am.” “Chef Koppany’s rendition will take a classic camping favourite treat to a dining setting and will create his unique S’mores Brulee with spiced chocolate sauce, perfect for entertaining”, says Higgs.
