Victor J Hanson, also known as Victor J is a Torontonian…and started out as a serious musician… Serious? Yea right! Making the audience laugh as opposed to putting a serious song out there…..and 2 years on the road, seemed comedy was his calling. So back to Toronto, sold his 1976 Malibu, took acting lessons at Second City Improv.
When not doing his One Man Corporate show you can find him headlining on Holland America Cruise Lines or playing lead guitar at the Collingwood Elvis Festival with Canada’s premier Elvis Tribute Band, The Casino Brothers.
Victor J. is proud to have performed with Burton Cummings,  Dan Hill,  ,The Oakridge Boys, The Nylons, Roch Voisine. Combining voice impressions and a host of zany characters his new show “Splitting Hairs” will make your cheeks hurt with laughter.

Alex Johnston (Guest Cameo) Alex Johnston was born in Peterborough, Ontario in 1995. He moved to Gananoque in 2005, and started doing standup in December 2010. His short-term goal is to become the mayor of Gananoque, with Prime-Ministership being in the long-term. He loves to do standup as he feels nothing brings more blissful joy then a good laugh, he feels it keeps him human, something very important. It’s also a great opportunity to be sarcastic, and have it be appreciated.

Todd Van Allen
You may very well have seen or heard Todd Van Allen on stage, on TV, your iPhone or in any major city in Canada, the U.S., Australia and Scotland or his home town of Gananoque at the Festival of the Islands!
Todd also hosts the very popular podcast Comedy Above the Pub, a weekly podcast that features great guests like Iron Chef America co-host Kevin Brauch.
As a result of his voice work has appeared on CITY-TV’s “Breakfast Television” with Jennifer Valentyne. Todd has won the “Search for Canada’s Funniest New Comic”, is a graduate of Second City’s Conservatory Program and is one of the most sought-after comedians and hosts around

Dick JoinerDick Joiner
A veteran of theatre and cabaret, DICK JOINER has opened for such stars as Bobby Vinton, Ron James, Blue Rodeo and Bobby Curtola, produced and directed the “Pig and Whistle”show tour.

Dick’s infectious humour appeals to audiences of all ages making him one of the most sought after comedic performers anywhere.  He’s a multi-faceted entertainer performing throughout North America, Europe, South and Central America and Australia. To audience members seeing him for the first time, DICK constantly brings new fans aboard with his hilarious and far reaching comedic talent.

Jim McAleese
Jim McAleese

Jim McAleese is a veteran stand-up comic working clubs, college campuses and corporate events across Canada for more than 20 years. As well as his own shows, Jim has also shared the stage with such stars as Jim Carrey, Norm Macdonald, and Howie Mandel.

“Actually I started stand-up at the same Toronto club as Jim Carrey. He started about a month before me. So I figure I’ll be hitting the big time in about a month from now.”

His comedy can best be described as comfortable, folksy and distinctly Canadian. In recent years he has turned his skills to the acting profession appearing in numerous commercials and feature length films.

Saturday Mar 24 “Early” Show 7:00 pm

Victor J Hanson , Alex Johnston and Todd Van Allen all return Saturday for a brand new show with Brendan McKeigan and Jim McNally

 Brendan McKeigan
With 15 years of performing comedy under this belt, it’s easy to see why the stage seems like such a natural environment to Brendan McKeigan.  Brendan’s act also won him a performance at Montreal’s coveted Just For Laughs, “Homegrown Comic Competition,” where he received rave reviews from the audience and his peers alike. He is also the headliner and producer of the “Rise of the Comics Comedy Tour”, performing all across Canada.

Brendan’s intriguing high energy, laid back, free-flowing style with clever joke telling and creative analogies prove why he’s more observant than your creepy neighbour, why people are talking about this catapulting talent on the rise and why he isn’t the “next anyone”, he’s the first Brendan McKeigan.

Jim McNally

Canadian and American audiences have been howling at Jim McNally for over a decade now, he is becoming more and more recognized lately after stellar performances at the Halifax Comedy Festival and on CTV’s “Comedy NOW!”.

Jim is a comedian with an irreverent outlook that blends big city wit with small town cheekiness. His Irish, story-telling roots shine through in his performances which weave observations of the everyday into stories from his own life to highlight the absurdities of the world we live in. Jim’s spontaneous and engaging style, quick wit, and knack for seeing the outlandish make him a natural, versatile performer who leaves audiences doubled over with laughter and wanting more.   But really, you’ve gotta see him.

Saturday Mar 24 Late Show 10 pm (Uncensored)

(80 minutes no intermission)

Brendan McKeigan returns for the “Late” show (all new! Uncensored) with Brian Hope and Casey Corbin

Brian Hope“In October 2010 Brian was selected to travel as part of “Team Canada”, with members Guy Lafleur and Paul Gross to perform in Afghanistan for the Canadian soldiers. Brian has performed in comedy clubs, military mess halls, fundraising & corporate events across the country and was a finalist at New York City’s Underground Comedy Festival competition.Brian can also be heard on XM Radio and seen on BITE TV.”

.

Casey Corbin

Casey’s friendly down home approach has made him a crowd pleaser over the last few years. He began performing in Ottawa.

His observations on everyday life are thoughts we all share but never dare to express. He has worked with all the top acts in Canadian comedy and has worked along side headliners such as Mike MacDonald, Mitch Hedberg, Russell Peters, Greg Proops and Harland Williams.

In 2007, Casey had the honor of performing at the 25th Anniversary of Just For Laughs in Montreal at the Homegrown Comedy Competition, and Halifax Comedy Festival.

If you haven’t seen Casey on stage, You might have seen one of many appearances on MuchMusic or caught him on the Comedy Network’s Comedy at Club 54. Not only that, you can also hear him on XM satellite radio on the Laugh Attack.
